Wedding Cancellations
Packaged Wedding
Any packaged wedding may be cancelled and 50% of the deposit refunded if cancelled two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Within the final two weeks leading up to the wedding the deposit will no longer be refundable and decoration charges may apply.
Custom Weddings
Any Custom Weddings may be cancelled and 50% of the deposit refunded if cancelled two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Within the final two weeks leading up to the wedding, the deposit will no longer be refundable and decoration charges may apply. Planner fees are non-refundable.
Sciopo Wedding
The Sciopo Wedding may be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance without charges. After 72 hours 50% of the cruise will be charged to the card on file and is non-refundable, also decoration charges may apply.
Rain-Out Rescheduling...?
If the unfortunate occurs and weather has fouled the wedding plan, another date will be offered that is most convenient to the wedding group as well as Sunset Gondola. If no date can be agreed on 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Decoration charges may apply if outside sources cannot be cancelled without charges incurred by Sunset Gondola.
